ICONIC LOOKS

The five Iconic looks are a perfect illustration of the build-up design approach. 

Five designers, five fully biodegradable garments- made to last, but not to last forever. iNDiViDUALS only used 100% natural materials which are organic and untreated. Working from home with limited resources during the Covid-19 pandemic made the team look to our surroundings for more experimental local materials, to be creative with what we have already. Each garment has been in contact with the hands of at least three designers located across the globe. This intricate organisation allowed for each designer to create the next part of the look. The process includes pattern cutting, natural dyeing, sewing and crafting for a week before packaging it and sending it to the next creative mind. See how the garments evolved during their build-up!
